Thank you for this podcast! I’m in my early 60’s, and coming from a dance background, I have always seen food as my enemy. From age 13 I was put on a 800 calorie a day diet. I finally feel my relationship to food is finally getting better, and now focus on nutrition rather than calories, and not punishing myself after a bad day! Thank you for your advice, and helping me to feel at ease with food again.
These ladies are so calming and they talk about things with logic and compassion. Feels like a conversation with my friends. Thanks for all you do!
I used to listen to the podcast regularly but I find it a bit too repetitive and sometimes patronising. No hate just honest opinion maybe you can make it better in future episodes
My name is Luna and I am 14 years old. I heard Jessica’s review on Thursdays episode and I wanted to say Me and my friend Avalee both listen and talk about your episodes every week and love getting people we can trust to talk about very hard topics. Thank you so much for what you guys do.
I do really enjoy this podcast, however I am finding some of the questions and topics discussed quite repetitive lately. I understand the importance of highlighting key health messages, however would love a little more variety
