Thank you for this podcast! I’m in my early 60’s, and coming from a dance background, I have always seen food as my enemy. From age 13 I was put on a 800 calorie a day diet. I finally feel my relationship to food is finally getting better, and now focus on nutrition rather than calories, and not punishing myself after a bad day! Thank you for your advice, and helping me to feel at ease with food again.

  • Repetitive

I do really enjoy this podcast, however I am finding some of the questions and topics discussed quite repetitive lately. I understand the importance of highlighting key health messages, however would love a little more variety
