Kimberley is a wonderful narrator and balances a care for her listeners with sharp, thought provoking insights. The intersect between psychology and nutrition is fascinating. Keep up the great work - Jeremy
Both explain dynamics between the food, brain and exercise so eloquently. The Q & A with Renee was so helpful, especially her explanation as to why high intensity exercise is important to avoid when recovering from RED-S as no practitioner has mentioned this to me before, and I will definitely put Renee’s information into practice!
i really enjoy listening to this; so informative!!
Kinberly’s podcast is one of my absolute favourites. She is such an expert on the science of brain and mental health, and delivers her episodes with such thoughtfulness and an abundance of information. I always learn so much from her and find the topics she chooses fascinating.
Dr. Wilson’s podcast provides an insightful and well-educated yet accessible look at many topics concerning the mind and body. It’s by far my favourite podcast available and one whose episodes I listen to multiple times.
