These podcasts are so good. What started as “oh I’m gonna love listening to Matt from Busted”, turned into a weekly moment for myself. Learning, thinking about my life, my feelings, struggles, but these podcasts are also so hopeful, uplifting and positive. Really really love this ❤️
Having learnt to live with mental health issues over the years, I was aware of the previous documentary featuring Matt and Emma Willis, which moved me so much. It was inevitable that I chose to download this show. It really does resonate with any individual facing life’s ‘challenges’ and goes to show that it can happen to anyone. You have to try to acknowledge, accept and forgive yourself and each other. Learn to live day by day and don’t be afraid to ask for help when you’re ready. Good luck.
I’ve absolutely loved listening to this podcast. more
This podcast has been really interesting to listen to as I have learnt so much about the different topics that have been discussed so far. It is so important to talk about mental health and addiction and Matt talking about his experiences is really helpful.
I find this podcast fascinating and informative. I suffer from mental illness and listening to all the guest has helped me immensely. Episode 8 I found really helpful and backs up the support I have already received. I highly recommend this podcast to people with similar issues and addiction issues. Thank you to Matt Willis for fronting this podcast and sharing his experiences.
