  • T J Power - What actually breaks addiction

Absolutely brilliant episode. Love hearing , and developing greater understanding of WHY I/we behave in certain ways even when we know they are not healthy for us. As someone who works in a high school with children who have EHCPs ( mainly ADHD/ASD) this has been so useful not just personally but professionally. Just started reading The Dose Effect. More like this please Matt!! You are a brilliant host and TJ made science so interesting and informative.
