  • Love the empathy fatigue ep!

Lol this is so good. Sometimes I do feel like my friends can just load their problems onto me but this has given me great language to use when I don't have the time or emotional capacity. Thank you!!!

  • Grief episode did not land

I appreciate the idea of the latest grief episode. However it really lacked substance and washed over a lot of the significant and complex parts of grief. As someone who is 3 months into their grief, I found this ep not very helpful, almost triggering. The upbeat delivery from the hosts almost felt “sugary” for such a deep and complex topic.

Right idea, but not enough research and care to execute what could have been a really helpful episode

  • I NEVER TOLD YOU THIS.

Im catching up on this podcast and I really enjoyed these episodes between Mothers and Daughters. Respecting the cultural values of their parents, however gently asserting their own choices. As Mary Kalifatidis told Martha
