I appreciate the idea of the latest grief episode. However it really lacked substance and washed over a lot of the significant and complex parts of grief. As someone who is 3 months into their grief, I found this ep not very helpful, almost triggering. The upbeat delivery from the hosts almost felt “sugary” for such a deep and complex topic.
Right idea, but not enough research and care to execute what could have been a really helpful episode

No insight. No resolution. A child can’t tell their mother they have a boyfriend. For how long has this boyfriend existed? A day ? A week ? A month? So much ludicrous breathy co-dependence.
