Lol this is so good. Sometimes I do feel like my friends can just load their problems onto me but this has given me great language to use when I don't have the time or emotional capacity. Thank you!!!
I appreciate the idea of the latest grief episode. However it really lacked substance and washed over a lot of the significant and complex parts of grief. As someone who is 3 months into their grief, I found this ep not very helpful, almost triggering. The upbeat delivery from the hosts almost felt “sugary” for such a deep and complex topic.
Right idea, but not enough research and care to execute what could have been a really helpful episode
My son has been diagnosed with OCD and I found this episode very helpful. Thank you!
Im catching up on this podcast and I really enjoyed these episodes between Mothers and Daughters. Respecting the cultural values of their parents, however gently asserting their own choices. As Mary Kalifatidis told Martha
“Those that matter don’t mind and those that mind don’t matter”.
Really hoping that Clare Stephens can come back intermittently to host this show.
