I love this show - so thoughtfully done
Casual conversations about getting stronger, mentally. Great guests; and the host does a great job casually conversing with her hosts about often difficult topics - but in a way that is very accessible. Highly recommend!
I wish she’d start a podcast again. She’s a straight shooter with lived experience. The episode needed more insight from her and less fluff. Still cool to see her in this setting tho. 🫶
I’ve really enjoyed listening and appreciate the meaningful topics discussed. There’s lots of great, relatable information shared with great takeaways. Please keep going!
Great show! I’ve been loving listening to this show, it really feels like I’m listening to a conversation between friends with the calm and grounded energy the host brings. My favorite episode so far has been overcoming imposter syndrome, so many great aha moments.
