  • Well done

Loss of love is indeed painful and definitely takes time and patience for each person And for some a year or even more

What is important is allowing the feelings to expressed

Sometimes the wounds will heal and then open again

But to hold on to the memories of what you have left and what you are walking towards

It is universal experience and yet it is unique to the person who is enduring it

  • Clear and informative

I am enjoying this new podcast. It’s well presented and deals with one issue at a time so that the subject is authoritatively covered and contributors are able to speak clearly and have enough time to demonstrate their knowledge and expertise.

    Excellent, long may it continue.

  • How about freelancers? Single mums?

As a freelancer, single mum, mother of a neurodivergent child with additional needs, no holiday pay, no access to financial support, sick pay, I find that this podcast doesn’t consider people like us - I’m suffering from burn out and wondering how to recover
