The show has benefited my mental health.
I absolutely love Complex with Kimberley Wilson. Kimberley has a rare ability to take complicated subjects around psychology, mental health, and human behaviour, and make them feel clear, grounded and accessible without ever oversimplifying them. Every episode feels thoughtful, evidence-based and deeply compassionate. It’s the kind of podcast that leaves you feeling better informed, more curious, and more equipped to understand yourself and the world around you. Highly recommend.
I haven’t shared a podcast to friends and family as much as I have with this podcast. Every episode either resonates with my own experience or helps me to understand the experience of others. Kimberley and her guests explain everything in such a clear but compassionate way. I look forward to episodes more than any other podcast. Thank you Kimberley and the team.
Recently found this podcast and have enjoyed listening to all of the topics discussed that I’ve heard so far. So relevant to me and my mental health. Kimberley is so easy to listen to, her voice is calming engaging and the topic is discussed in a way I can stay focused on throughout the 30mins. Not easy for me!
Loss of love is indeed painful and definitely takes time and patience for each person And for some a year or even more
What is important is allowing the feelings to expressed
Sometimes the wounds will heal and then open again
But to hold on to the memories of what you have left and what you are walking towards
It is universal experience and yet it is unique to the person who is enduring it
