Kimberley is so easy to listen to, her voice is calming engaging and the topic is discussed in a way I can stay focused on throughout the 30mins. Not easy for me!
Loss of love is indeed painful and definitely takes time and patience for each person And for some a year or even more
What is important is allowing the feelings to expressed
Sometimes the wounds will heal and then open again
But to hold on to the memories of what you have left and what you are walking towards
It is universal experience and yet it is unique to the person who is enduring it
Relevant, easy to listen to, gentle but not fluffy and well defined advice and guidance. A really good source of information on psychological challenges
I love this podcast. Complex psychological aspects are explained so they are clearer and the topics are all interesting. There’s a lot of empathy too from Kimberley and she has the kindest voice too; so makes it’s a lovely listen.
I am enjoying this new podcast. It’s well presented and deals with one issue at a time so that the subject is authoritatively covered and contributors are able to speak clearly and have enough time to demonstrate their knowledge and expertise.
Excellent, long may it continue.
