The amount of ads is unbelievably excessive and interrupting. Makes me think of ‘by all cost financial’ motivation behind podcasts as such. The content itself appears to be quite shallow, especially compounded by deflated host’s personality who is seemingly disengaged from their audience.
I don’t know how he has coped. I cried listening to him. He was so eloquent with how he spoke.
The most intelligent, insightful, helpful podcast with the most brilliant psychotherapists . Thank you .
As a person who discovered Julia on the BBC Change your Mind, Change your Life I have been very impressed and very pleased to find this podcast. It’s very therapeutic
This is always a fantastic podcast.
I especially loved the episode with Daniel Levitin on Music as Medicine.
Full of wonderful information, backed by science and I loved the humour. Thank you Julia, you have such a beautiful interviewing style and it’s so wonderful that we get to witness your skill as a psychologist in these shows. Your daughters too.
Highly recommended
