Becca is the best! Her podcasts are so informative and hold so much helpful information about HA. She’s the one I would go to for help especially knowing she went through it herself which makes a huge difference. I highly recommend - make that phone call!
Although I don’t struggle with my cycle personally, I still totally relate to this podcast!! It is extremely insightful and gives me a look into how my actions can impact my cycle long term!! Focusing out out health is so important in our youth to allow us for a long healthspan!
