I started listening to Cynthia’s podcast over a year ago after coming across her Instagram page. more
Inspiring, never triggering (for ED recovery), always helpful, and full of positivity and good information. If you have HA, or if you think you’re under eating, this is the podcast to listen to!!
This podcast is nothing short of amazing. Cynthia combines education with her personality to create a podcast that is such a joy to listen to! I have learned so much from this podcast and it has inspired me in my personal journey to regain my period. Lindsey also has some information on how to support others going through HA and I especially loved the episode on the pelvic floor. I hope she continues doing this for many more years. Would recommend to anyone with a uterus!
I'm so glad I found Cynthia's podcast and Instagram page. Every time I take part of her material I feel confident that I am doing what is right for my body. Her own journey and knowledge motivates me to continue. The only negative thing I have to say about her podcast is that there are episodes too rarely, I would have liked one a day!! đź’—
These discussions are so helpful and necessary. So many people struggle with HA and don’t even realize it. Thank you!
