Today I wanted to talk about signs and symptoms that are actually pretty normal and expected for early hypothalamic amenorrhea recovery. When you first go in to recovery a bunch of stuff is likely to happen and it's normal to think some of it is a bi... more

This podcast was one of the biggest sources of inspiration and information to me as I worked to heal my body from HA. Once I made the changes and trusted in the stories of the beautiful women interviewed, I had a period one month later. Don’t let any practitioner tell you that you are healthy without a period. Your body, mind, and spirit will thank you for engaging in these conversations.
Dani, Ashley and Mishi really know how to call you out on your st*ff. But in a good way. This is a great podcast as someone who has struggled with disordered eating and HA for many years. So much practical information and real life stories.
Podcast is really helpful but so much plugging for HA society and Zion trip etc which drives me mad!!! Basically half of the podcast is a plug.
Sorry but this podcast has gotten redondant and low quality. The host use it to sell their multiple programs (and they don’t have any qualifications) and repeat the same stuff over and over. The co-host use “you know what I mean” every two words which is so annoying that it becomes impossible to concentrate on the message. Sorry girls, after so many years doing that, you should do something else.
I am obsessed with this podcast! It has been my number one resource for recovery. I saw myself in all the recovery stories and it made me feel so much less alone. Recovery is hard but listening to these girls every day reminded me why I was doing it and gave me the confidence that it’s worked for other people and it will work for me too.
