I’ve just listened to a couple of your podcasts. Serena Marie RD is so knowledgeable… thank you for bringing her into interview.
Also your recent podcast about healing from an eating disorder! Very relevant for me!
I’ve been enjoying the guests on the podcast recently, which is what pulled me to listen. The inspirational mom runners and the running dieticians chatting about fueling, running around kids schedules, and injury prevention has been great! She also asks very insightful questions which makes for great interviews.
Emily is so kind and geniune and open with her story. She asks great questions of her guests. This show is pivotal for women wanting to train hard to go after big goals while staying healthy.
Emily’s podcast has been so inspirational and encouraging as I navigate HA recovery. Grateful to have found it!
