    I enjoy most of the content as I’ve basically been on a diet since I was 12 and I’m now nearly 50. I am trying to follow more mindful and intentional eating instead of counting calories, macros, points mainly because my tricks of the past have failed now that I’m in menopause and post breast cancer treatment.
