Bonnie does a great job showing us healing our relationship with food is possible. To start listening helps a lot just by nurturing hope in what’s possibility. But after listening for several months I am noticing real changes in how connected I feel to my body’s sensations. It’s been a blessing.
I have struggled with food for most of my life.
