  • Incredibly Helpful for Recovery

I have struggled with disordered eating and an eating disorder for two decades and have been really focusing on healing my relationship with food in this past year. This podcast has been my saviour! I cried multiple times during the first few episodes because I had never felt so understood. Bonnie (and her guests) so accurately described my food issues. I am far from recovered, but I am confident my journey will be successful and this podcast has, and will, play a massive role.

  • Phenomenal!! Bravo!!

This podcast is everything I’ve been looking for to heal my relationship with food and my body. I’ve seen dietitians, been in therapy, had a personal trainer, but what was missing was me really understanding how to trust my body and listen to hunger and fullness cues. It is a long journey, but I’m finally feeling hopeful after finding this podcast. Thank you DCR!!
