  • Thank you for being raw and real!!

I truly appreciate your honesty, especially in episodes like 5 signs not to ignore, where you share personal experiences, insights, and knowledge that feel like genuine wisdom.

There is something powerful about hearing truth delivered from lived experience—it comes across as a true gift!

You have lived a full life, & it shows in the guidance you continue to offer, particularly in a world that often feels DISCONNECTED or misguided.

I am grateful for your willingness to speak openly.

Hypocrite. Didn’t she go viral for her stretch marks, fighting against objectifying one’s body and yet now promoting essentially a form of “looks maxing”.

I just kept thinking I needed to “try harder” and “be better” like her books and podcast pushed. I was absolutely miserable, but God. I was saved by surrendering at the feet of Jesus and dropped the self-care and self-made attitude, realizing it was farce pushing the lie that we had to get what we want only through o... more

Q: What should a working parent consider when hiring help at home?
Hiring help can be a blessing that allows you to devote time to your business without sacrificing the well-being of the family; it's not a sign of failure but a practical support that enables deeper family presence.
958 | "Rach, do you have a housekeeper?" "Rach, I think I missed my children's childhoods. Is it too late?"
Q: How would you try to strengthen the bond with your teenagers in a bigger way without them rolling their eyes?
Focus on their interests, pick activities they genuinely enjoy, and show up on their terms rather than imposing your own ideas of closeness. Also acknowledge trade-offs you've made and communicate honestly about the constraints you face.
953 | ASK RACH: My Favorite Over-the-Counter Supplement for Anxiety, How I'd Start Figuring Out My Hormones, My Best Advice to Stop Scrolling (Romantasy novel?)
Q: Hey Rach, my name is Danielle, and I wanted to ask you, I find myself really addicted to looking at my phone every day on social media. What steps can I take to get off my phone and be more productive?
Rachel suggests replacing the negative habit with a positive activity, creating new routines, and using the time to learn new skills or explore education online. She recommends identifying a replacement activity you genuinely enjoy and gradually shifting your environment to break the scrolling habit, including using the time for personal growth and entrepreneurship ideas.
949 | Success, Persistence and Consistent Action | Rachel's Interview on the Nikki & Brie Show
Q: What would you say to someone who has an eight-to-five job, a family, and a dream they want to pursue?
You have to carve out time and be willing to trade off other things, start small (even 20 minutes a day), and stay committed for the long haul, because ten years from now you'll be glad you did it even if the immediate payoff isn't obvious.
945 | Is He Letting Himself Go? How to Get Your Man to Dress Better (Without Nagging)
Q: What are the three style archetypes you describe, and how do they map to a guy's identity?
The three archetypes are rugged, refined, and rakish, each aligned with different life contexts and values, and each requiring a distinct 'visual language' that fits the guy's tribe and personal taste.
