  • So helpful!

I’m so very much enjoying this pod. I started listening to self-care podcasts for my niece who has extreme anxiety/depression issues & is constantly in a negative talk loop. I wanted to point her to ideas that I think might help. Lo & behold, I’m learning so much & feeling inspired & so much more positive. I will for sure tell her about this one. Rachel gives common sense suggestions that are doable. And I find just listening - changes my thoughts. It’s very helpful. Thank you, Rachel!

  • Happy to have found this

One of Rachel Hollis’ audiobooks actually changed my life in 2019, I built a small but successful company (which I’ve since sold) after listening to it. I’m in a bit of a rut again and this is exactly what I needed! A lot of snark about her online but I don’t really care. Her advice really works for me, she is just very honest. I think she has more energy than your average person though. Anyway, thank you Rachel for making this podcast!!!
