  • We are not here for a cooking show!!

No Rachel! I listen to you while driving and working out and walking. Are you really going to switch to walking us through recipes where the episode is only valuable if we are sitting for 30 minutes watching YouTube? Please don’t switch to this new approach. I know you thought it would be fun… it isn’t. I think most of your listeners want to hear the self-help/inspiration we signed on for. Can you cook on your own time? Please?

  • So helpful!

I’m so very much enjoying this pod. I started listening to self-care podcasts for my niece who has extreme anxiety/depression issues & is constantly in a negative talk loop. I wanted to point her to ideas that I think might help. Lo & behold, I’m learning so much & feeling inspired & so much more positive. I will for sure tell her about this one. Rachel gives common sense suggestions that are doable. And I find just listening - changes my thoughts. It’s very helpful. Thank you, Rachel!
