Mallory’s approach is caring, compassionate, and person centered. Highly recommend this podcast, and her Live Unrestricted program.
Mallory has a comforting voice and provides thoughtful insight from her education and experience. This is a great podcast for anyone who wants a realistic take on diet, exercise, and the movements that push unattainable goals.
This is one of the only podcasts I listen to in its entirety the day it comes out. I get so much inspiration, validation, and great information, especially as someone in ED recovery. Don't be fooled because it isn't super produced. What Mallory has to say is so good (and I like the chill vibe).
The recent calorie counting episode was phenomenal. Thank you!
