Deep thankful and it sounds genuine like talking to a friend no fancy production annoying sponsors every 5 min etc. I wanted to ask you a topic idea: perimenopause and menopause.   • Great intuitive eating podcast!

    I’m new to intuitive eating and am really loving this podcast. Mallory is very relatable and easy to listen to and offers great advice without sounding preachy. It’s a really easy listen and not triggering all for me despite a background of disordered eating. I really recommend it 🫶🏻
