    My body has been suffering the past few years from under eating. All I know is eat in a calorie deficit and you will have your dream body. Constantly starving only focusing on protein and this podcast has changed my life, way of thinking and mental health. I’ve learned everything I didn’t think was possible to get back to enjoying a healthy life.

    Love this show even though I’m not competing anymore. There are so many helpful tips mixed with real life stories. It’s sending a positive message to all athletes. One where they will be able to compete for the rest of their lives not just a short span then get hurt.
