Adore Your work- Science, facts, critical thinking. Staple nutrition and the only human diet needed to survive. ❤️
PS. To the reviewer- i am having the same issues. I cannot download MP or Michael and Peters podcast episodes-followed the same steps- no success
nada. nishta- kaput. sick of this kind of power from tech giants. i digress…
Although the content is high quality and right up my alley, I’m sad to say that I just can’t get through a single episode. The repeated screaming is beyond annoying and makes the conversations impossible to listen to. A classic example of form obstructing the content. Too bad.
Could there be two more likable people? So fun, so charming, so smart. These are the personalities that I look for in friends and life so why not in a podcast? Also, this is great for those of us that deal with disordered eating as it puts trends into perspective. Much thanks to both of you.
I love my parasocial podcast friends! Maintenance Phase is the perfect blend of informative, laugh-out-loud funny, and just the teeniest but of heartfelt under all the jokes. Listening to each new episode is an instant dopamine hit.
This episode had the trio that I didn’t know that I needed in my life. I cackled so hard during this particular episode that I not only scared my pets and family, but I also scared myself a couple times. I’m always looking forward to your new episodes to gain a wrinkle or two in my brain but with this one, I gained a pain in my side and a tear in my eye. You’re all amazing and thank you for all of the countless research hours that you go through for every awesome episode!

A sharp, data-driven exploration of health fads, nutrition myths, and wellness marketing. Episodes skew toward critical analysis of diet culture, the wellness industry, and media narratives, often pairing rigorous research with dry humor and candid critiques of fame-driven health trends. A standout trait is the hosts' willingness to dissect questionable science while keeping conversations entertaining, plus memorable crossover moments with other popular shows. Listeners can expect thoughtful skepticism, accessible science, and a conversational vibe that appeals to those who want both insight and wit in health reporting.
