I listen to a lot of podcasts, this is one where if I see a new episode come through, I listen immediately.

Most negative reviews are related to the hosts taking on a subject that those listeners don’t want to hear any... more
Love the show!
Learning about food from white content creators as an Asian American, sometimes the material is not so well researched and unfortunately can be derogatory. I have not been disappointed so far with Mike & Aubrey!

This show is so good and has the perfect amount of snarky commentary with in-depth info… but I live for Aubrey laughing. It sounds like a full body explosion of joy and it makes me laugh and I instantly feel better. ❤️ thanks Aubrey!!

A sharp, data-driven exploration of health fads, nutrition myths, and wellness marketing. Episodes skew toward critical analysis of diet culture, the wellness industry, and media narratives, often pairing rigorous research with dry humor and candid critiques of fame-driven health trends. A standout trait is the hosts' willingness to dissect questionable science while keeping conversations entertaining, plus memorable crossover moments with other popular shows. Listeners can expect thoughtful skepticism, accessible science, and a conversational vibe that appeals to those who want both insight and wit in health reporting.
