Came for the Keiko episode hoping to hear more or at least a different take than the NYT version. This was poorly researched, a lot of speculation, and didn’t really add anything interesting. The host and guest should have listened to that series first - there were a lot of comments like, “no one really knows…” when it was in fact very well known.
I have enjoyed this podcast for many years so was very disappointed to hear Sarah’s take on GLP-1 agonists. They have been safety tested and make a huge difference to people’s lives. I don’t think I will be listening again. So disappointing

This has been one of the most thoughtful podcasts in my rotation. I’ve been listening since the rotten in Denmark guy was a regular partner. Always empathetic to the right people, and Sarah keenly understands how circumstances influence behavior (and matters like mental health disorders are handled with exceptional sensitivity).
