  • Gooners?

Long time listener, first time caller. I understand shows grow and change but I don’t understand why there’s so many people who do porn who are guests on the show.

  • Love it except the beginning

I love this podcast and started listening after Sarah had stepped back a bit, so I don’t really know how or if it’s changed from what other reviews say, but it doesn’t change much when she is on the show so I don’t know. Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

UHF w. Josaleigh Pollett
Q: Explain to me, is Weird Al pulling Goth baddies?
Josaleigh suggests that Weird Al's appeal spans multiple communities, including subcultures like goth, and that his wide, inclusive appeal demonstrates his ability to resonate across demographics.
Thirteen w. Bree Essrig
Q: So tell me about your history with Thirteen.
Bree explains that she first saw it as a teen and later rewatched it with a critical eye, noting how the film's raw depiction of adolescence and addiction still feels intimate and uncomfortable, while admiring its verité style and the performances that bring its characters to life.
Hackers w. Ryan Keely
Q: Who in your view, and interpret this however you want, give whatever explanation, is the daddy of hackers?
Ryan argues that Razor and Blade serve as the 'daddy' of hackers, offering authentic, practical hacking tips early in the film and catalyzing the plot's rescue with their expertise, effectively framing the duo as mentors or guiding figures for the hacker community depicted.
Elvira: Mistress of the Dark w. Safe Slut
Q: Before we get to why it checks out, tell me a bit about yourself. Like, who are you?
Safe Slut describes herself as the girl who talks about herpes constantly and shares her experiences to destigmatize STIs.
Josie and the Pussycats w. Rax King and Niko Stratis
Q: Who is the daddy of Josie and the Pussycats?
Melody, as played by Tara Reid, is the daddy because she's the heart of the movie, steering towards a good and wholesome place.
