Load of rubbish. I barely trust they know what they are talking about when it come to health and fitness. Yet they ramble on about politics and other life issues they know nothing about. Stick to your lane.
I do not recommend
Justin is the worst of it he definitely hates Jews!
Good show, but I skip all live Q&As. Don't want to sit through people reading their own droning emails. Ads are out of control. They inbed within show with no disclaimer. Feels sleazy. P.S. Anabolic and 15 programs are FULL of typos and mismatched demos. Stop churning out new stuff before you fix the old stuff.
Older episodes are the best. Like the fitness direction, always trying to keep up with what works best for the "average" person interested in health and fitness.
The 30-60 minute format with the twisted humor and the slightly opinionated fitness approach. They are definately heading in the right direction.
Look forward to the evolution.
FYI: I’ve been doing squats and deadlift 40 years, so stop saying “no one did squats and deadlifts in the 90’s”. If you chose not to teach them, it was on you.... more
