They talk about things I’m interested in, but talk and act like they are doctors in kinesiology and nutrition. They sit around Stan Efferding waiting to smell his farts and talk about how amazing it smells.
I love those guys! This podcast is not just informative, but you feel like you’re sat at the table with them. It feels warm and friendly they stick to what they know best which is health and fitness, they’re not trying to give their opinions or their views on politics, nor talking about their private lives. articulate and intelligent conversations. no meat heads or ‘bros’ trying to outdo each others!
The efforts less diet was good info, thank you guys!!!
The Power Project is amazing! At the moment it is particularly incredible. I listen to the podcast with Dr Sean O'Mara over and over. "WHY Visceral fat is more dangerous...." I would like to see him on The Joe Rogan Experience!! Andre
I never thought I’d have learned about the Predictive Coding theory explanation of autism from a fitness podcast! It goes to show how awesome this show is! A diverse range of guests that have great knowledge and experience, and they don’t need to necessarily have advanced scientific degrees or papers either. I highly recommend it if you’re interested in overall health and wellness, this pod is definitely not just about weight training and bodybuilding
