Judd provides his insightful perspective on a wide range of topics. A worthwhile listen for anyone interested in personal growth and advancement.
This guy absolutely hates anyone that doesn’t succeed to his level and isn’t willing to inject themselves with testosterone replacement to get there. He constantly maligns regular every day guys just trying to do their best in the gym and if they don’t meet his expectations, they are “motherf”, and should “just go talk a walk” This guy is a douche bag. There are plenty of real positive influencers that have great content to get healthy. Don’t give this guy your attention.
One guy who used to do steroids interviewing another guy who did steroids and both on trt telling people how to be healthy. SMH.
As always Judd puts out great content from the heart with real world experience. He has changed my takes on exercise and I’m excited for the future of this podcast.
This is the hardest working guy in the online fitness community!
The level of quality information and content he puts out has been invaluable to a lot of people (see the msg boards on his awesome app!).
Wishing you all the best with this new endeavour , looking forward to learning more.
