  • Angry Guy

This guy absolutely hates anyone that doesn’t succeed to his level and isn’t willing to inject themselves with testosterone replacement to get there. He constantly maligns regular every day guys just trying to do their best in the gym and if they don’t meet his expectations, they are “motherf”, and should “just go talk a walk” This guy is a douche bag. There are plenty of real positive influencers that have great content to get healthy. Don’t give this guy your attention.

Thomas DeLauer: Nutrition for Performance - Protein, Fasting, & Metabolic Flexibility
Q: What advice do you have for people stuck in a 9 to 5 job who want to become entrepreneurs?
Progress always involves risk. You can't move to a new base without taking a leap into the unknown.
Thomas DeLauer: Nutrition for Performance - Protein, Fasting, & Metabolic Flexibility
Q: If you could tell people to change one thing about their diet, what would it be?
The most important thing is probably having clear defined gaps between meals and focusing on high-energy flux; moving more while eating more is crucial.
Thomas DeLauer: Nutrition for Performance - Protein, Fasting, & Metabolic Flexibility
Q: Is there a recommended amount of protein somebody should get based on their needs?
A safe place is 1 to 1.2 grams of protein per pound of lean body mass, but generally 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of desired body weight is recommended.
Thomas DeLauer: Nutrition for Performance - Protein, Fasting, & Metabolic Flexibility
Q: What's the biggest nutrition myth do you think is still out there?
The biggest myth is all dependent on what silo you're in, but in terms of protein, people say you can only absorb 30 or 40 grams in one sitting, which has been debunked by recent studies.
Mike Catherwood: From Addict to Athlete
Q: How did you navigate the environment filled with drugs and alcohol while trying to stay sober?
When I found something that excited me about working in radio, I avoided addiction mainly out of boredom and focused on my passions to keep away from substance use.
