Thanks for this great episode Paul is full of great knowledge about hypertrophy and is working with Chris Beardsley I’ve learned a lot over time thanks again 🙏
What an absolutely beautiful episode with Janae Marie Kroc. The honesty, the friendship, the transparency, the laughter, the humanity and the insights - all of it was so informative and will stick with me for a long time. Bravo to both guest and host for such an authentic, supportive and thoughtful conversation. ❤️✨🌈
Love the interview but good Lord Dave needs to get his septum fixed or something because he sniffles every 5 seconds during a 3 hour interview and it's so distracting. Also the ad placement is completely unhinged, just hire and pay a producer to smooth things out and you got a great podcast.
