You have great content. Please let your guess talk. It is very obvious you have great knowledge about lifting, fitness and nutrition. When you invite guest on the show we want to hear the guest. If you want to do a podcast by yourself and talk about different subjects I would absolutely listen to that. Please let your guest talk.
I love the podcast and am long-time listener. I hate being critical, but the host needs to talk less and listen more. Oftentimes, guests speak less than 30% of the time.
I’m not sure why John bothers having people on as guests, he is knowledgeable that’s for sure but I have never heard a presenter that cuts off their guest and inserts their own point of view as much as John does. It takes a few podcasts to notice but listen to a few and all the opinions start to be recycled making it repetitive listening.
I was lucky enough to be a guest on Power Athlete Radio to discuss my latest book, In Defense of Doping. I found Mr. Welbourn to be knowledgeable, engaging, and fair in his approach.
