I’m a lifelong runner, cross trainer, cyclist, hiker. 66 years young, and on a journey to stay healthy, injury free and flexible.
This is by nature, a listener questions generated podcast. So, you may hear the same topics discussed even within the same episode. I get a lot of perspective on my personal workouts from Dan’s comments, and usually listen while working out.
Same old topics, same brags, way too much meandering. Grumpy Dan needs to go back to the drawing board. Used to be a big fan. Last few books are rambling repeats. Money grabs. It’s too bad, I’ve gained a lot of knowledge, but now he talks down and offers nothing new. And News Flash Dan. If it takes you 300 pages to discuss ES and then we buy it and you complain that people have questions, maybe you’re the problem.
