Real advice and insight from Pat and Dan! So appreciative of what they share every week!
Been listening and reading various books, posts and podcasts from these two for years. It’s sane, competent and colorful content like this that gives me hope for a fitness world mired in fakes, posers and loudmouths spewing bro-science. Stay the course, gents!
Enjoyable fitness material
