I think the content is helpful however I had to unsubscribe because I can’t handle the “breathless” sound of Ben walking while he records. I tried to get over it, but I couldn’t and continually feel irritated. I understand why he does it for health reasons, but I don’t think needs to be done during recording. There are many more hours in a day to walk.
Ben is super smart and i love the way he balances an evidence based approach with a holistic (and low risk) one. However some guests he chooses seem scammy. Example- Dr Amie in an episode from Oct '25. No credentials listed, says she fixes thyroids, refers to herself as doctor when it's a phd in nutrition. Seems misleading: although i understand she can refer to herself as doctor however in this context it may be confusing for many listeners.

On the episode in which you have Jay Feldman, who is an honest broker and a genuine seeker of answers here, someone who has been extremely open, it was so striking to hear the arrogance of the opposing academic physician. The objections were somewhat insulting, if passively so. If I were to distill the argume... more
