  • Great honest podcast

Love that I found a podcast that is for biohacking but also not afraid to share faith. Love that he shares his faith in GOD unapologetically and ties in health and family.

I’ve used numerous methods that Ben talks about for athletic performance. They’ve all been spot on and have helped me progress my career. I think most people who talk bad about this show are simply unhealthy beings and maybe need a foundational step forward first to see that these things actually do work. He’s ahead of the curve in a lot of topics. Things you hear today you’ll hear in 2-3 hears Huberman talking about. He’s ahead of them all in my opinion.

What Happens Behind The Scenes At A “Detox Clinic” (& The Link Between EMFs, Smart Phones & Toxins!) with Nick Pineault
Q: What clinic approach did Nick undertake and what were the key treatments used?
Nick details an environmental medicine clinic approach: history and metabolic health assessment, provocation metal testing, a trio of modalities including intermittent hypoxic training (Live O2), vibration-based lymphatic stimulation (Juvent), sauna, ozone therapies, and eventually chelation through medical supervision, aimed at reducing total body burden and improving cognitive function.
What Happens Behind The Scenes At A “Detox Clinic” (& The Link Between EMFs, Smart Phones & Toxins!) with Nick Pineault
Q: What were Nick's initial thoughts on detoxification and its relationship to EMF exposure?
Nick describes detoxification as a multi-layered process that starts with reducing environmental exposures and proceeds to address existing burdens like metals and mycotoxins through testing and therapies, emphasizing a precautionary approach due to the lack of perfect data on many consumer devices.
What To Do Before & After A Stem Cell Treatment (Send This To Your Doctor Too!) With Dr. Joseph Purita
Q: What's the key difference between MUSE cells and regular MSCs in terms of tissue regeneration?
MUSE cells not only repair but actively regenerate tissue due to their enhanced homing abilities and pluripotency, making them more effective than traditional MSCs which mostly contribute to repair and exosome signaling.
What To Do Before & After A Stem Cell Treatment (Send This To Your Doctor Too!) With Dr. Joseph Purita
Q: Joe, how long have you been doing this?
I've been in practice for around 40 years and have always pursued cutting-edge approaches in regenerative medicine, combining autologous and allogeneic cell sources and staying active in the field.
Are “Poop Pills” The Ultimate Bowel Biohack Of The Future? The Science of Fecal Microbiota Transplants (FMT) with Jason Klop.
Q: Does insurance cover any portion of this, and how is it typically paid for?
Currently, for conditions like C. difficile there are some approved drug pathways, but outside of that, FMT is largely cash-pay and not typically dispensed via pharmacy prescriptions; doctors work with providers like Novel Biome to obtain the product as part of a treatment protocol, with insurance coverage varying by condition and region.
