Gary Brecka is a Human Biologist, biohacker, researcher, and an anti-aging and longevity expert. His approach to health is simple: "Aging is the aggressive pursuit of comfort." For over 20 years, he worked in the life insurance industry predicting mortality. This meant if he got 5 years of medical records and 5 years of demographic data on you, the team that he was associated with could tell a lif... more

  • Craft Microbiome

I listen to Gary a lot. I am very disappointed he would platform someone fraudulent. After paying $500 for a stool test and my father-in-law paying another $500 for his, we have never heard back from craft after months. We’ve reached out to their customer service email, called, and even texted and nothing. Such a waste of time and money.

Thought the podcast sounded interesting only to find it’s MAHA and MAGA centric political references are a huge turnoff.

  • Talking too Much

I really enjoy this show and listen regularly; I’m so thankful for Gary Brecka and the information he shares. I have 4 stars because often times Gary talks too much vs simply asking his most intriguing guests basic questions and then allowing them to talk.
