Every time he says he’s going to tell you a good brand it’s never in the links like the red light therapy panels he said he was going to add a few but only shows the 10x panels. Idk seems kinda disingenuous seeing as how they over charge for their items.
As a society, I feel like the younger generation is so much more in tune with their body and mind, and actively work towards being healthy. This podcast, while it does include ways to pay for certain hacks, also gives tips and pointers that do not cost anything - giving everyone the chance to learn and change if they want to. I wish I could afford a genetic test myself, but in the meantime I continue to listen to Gary’s expertise and experience on how to hack in the ways I can!!
I really enjoy the human bio hacking space and the things that I have learned. Thank you for moving to more experts to interview. That being said, when doing the interview, especially with doctors, it would be nice if that expert was allowed to be the smartest person in the room in those moments.
