  • We are Bio-individuals

This information is interesting and there are some good points; however speaking as if the same nutrition advice is right for every BODY is misleading. There are nuances to every point made about food - fruits, veggies, grains, animal protein, etc and every individual needs to understand what works for their own body. Intermittent fasting and butter in the coffee is not a solution for weight loss or optimal health for every person. As a very smart doctor once said, “You can’t fool Mother Nature... more

  • Too much Dave!

I love this series but sometimes there’s just too much talking from Dave. I get that he’s an expert in his own right, but sometimes the person who he’s interviewing, doesn’t get a word in! EG the last episode I listened to about autism with Tracy Slepcevic probably would have been better if we started with her story and her journey with her son, but it sort of got thrown in at the end. Sometimes it feels a little muddled.

Will still keep listening and following and supporting though because thi... more

  • Let your guest speak

I wish you let your guest talk more. You have very knowledgeable guests on but spend 75% of the episodes talking about yourself. We have heard your story over and over.

  • Good info. Hate the AI voice

I like Dave and his information, but I find his recent switch to having an AI voice read his podcast to me annoying and unlistenable.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

iPhone Poisoning Is REAL: Here's How To Reverse the Hidden Damage | Quantum Upgrade : 1462
Q: How do you respond to skeptics who say this cannot work, or that it's just belief?
We invite skeptics to live-test it and see the science in action, including EEG and HRV measurements, and offer pathways to participate in formal studies, because empirical data and real-time demonstrations have repeatedly shown tangible changes in brain activity and biofield coherence.
Stop Wasting Your Gym Sweat (40 Minutes of This Wins Every Time) | Will Harlow : 1466
Q: How much exercise is really needed to see meaningful gains in strength and bone health?
A small, consistent plan—about 40 minutes per week using a 3-2-1 approach (three exercises, twice weekly, with progressive overload)—can produce significant improvements.
The Strangest Thing I Do Every Morning for 15 Minutes | Brad Pitzele : 1458
Q: Why stack EWOT with red light therapy?
Red light therapy boosts nitric oxide signaling and increases mitochondrial oxygen uptake and energy production, so combining it with EWOT provides both fuel and signal for optimal energy production.
The Strangest Thing I Do Every Morning for 15 Minutes | Brad Pitzele : 1458
Q: What is EWOT?
EWOT is exercise with oxygen therapy; you breathe purified oxygen while exercising to flood the body with oxygen, enhancing mitochondrial function and energy production.
You've Been Getting Dumber Every Day Since You Turned 30 : 1454
Q: What are the core ways to future-proof your brain according to your framework?
Focus on building headroom by improving the brain's stimulus, supply, and support through learning, social interaction, physical activity, sleep, nutrition, stress management, and strategic rest; use stimulation technologies and supplements cautiously, with emphasis on long-term adherence and safety.
