Let’s put all the blame on the food and pharma. Yes they definitely have a role in the declining health of the US. I am speaking as a 75 year old woman who was overweight and pre diabetic at 60. I wasn’t wealthy or do I have a college degree but I had the desire to live longer and be healthy. I have an iPhone with a world of knowledge. I researched and experimented with different diets and soaked in new studies on longevity. more
Talks constantly about himself in the podcast. If you interview a person please keep the focus on them.
Great interview. I do sound therapy called Tomatis. I think you know what that is. We hear through both air and bone and when you talk inn-an embodied way your receiver can hear through both ear and bone. Read Dr Tomatis' book the conscious ear
Dave’s podcasts used to be good. I’ve listened on and off for 5 years +. Now they are cringey and he spends the whole time talking over the guest about what he does and how he’s so great. It’s tedious and boring. Painful even. He needs to get off his high horse and let the guest speak. I’m suprised they even come on the show anymore when he may as well be interviewing himself.
I felt overwhelmed reading all of the many biohacking longevity sciences … LISTENING to these ideas helps me to LEARN… & all for free!!! This is the future we live in.
