  • Chapter markers are off

It would be nice if the chapter markers were added after the ads because it seems they were added before the ad ads are added, and so the chapter markers are not accurate.

  • We are Bio-individuals

This information is interesting and there are some good points; however speaking as if the same nutrition advice is right for every BODY is misleading. There are nuances to every point made about food - fruits, veggies, grains, animal protein, etc and every individual needs to understand what works for their own body. • Too much Dave!

I love this series but sometimes there’s just too much talking from Dave. I get that he’s an expert in his own right, but sometimes the person who he’s interviewing, doesn’t get a word in! EG the last episode I listened to about autism with Tracy Slepcevic probably would have been better if we started with her story and her journey with her son, but it sort of got thrown in at the end. Sometimes it feels a little muddled.

Will still keep listening and following and supporting though because thi... more

How to Get Microplastics Out of Your Body | Mara Labs : 1478
Q: Is there evidence BrocElite affects BPA or heavy metals excretion?
Yes, BrocElite engages all three major detox routes, increasing glucuronidation and glutathione pathways, which supports excretion of BPA metabolites and heavy metals.
How to Get Microplastics Out of Your Body | Mara Labs : 1478
Q: Why combine broccoli sulforaphane with watercress derivative PITC?
PITC from watercress synergistically enhances NRF2 induction, boosting detox pathway activity beyond the sum of its parts, leading to stronger upregulation of the body's cleanup systems.
How to Get Microplastics Out of Your Body | Mara Labs : 1478
Q: What is the mechanism by which BrocElite helps excrete microplastics?
BrocElite's sulforaphane triggers lysosomal dumping (lysosomal surface translocation), releasing the contents of the lysosome so toxins like microplastics can be excreted, essentially unclogging the cellular waste disposal system.
Peptide Power Without Needles: Smarter Dosing for Longevity | Justin Kirkland : 1477
Q: What should consumers know about peptide dosing and concentration?
Dosing depends on precise concentration and the amount of solvent used; mismatches in concentration across vendors can lead to under- or overdosing.

Q: How do delivery methods like auto-injectors and patches change peptide use?
Auto-injectors reduce needle phobia and enable at-home self-administration under telemedicine, while patches with micro-needles offer a needle-free option that delivers peptides systemically through the skin.
