  • Lots of good information

I love these podcasts and learn so much. It can be annoying when Nathalie is asking a question, however. She repeats the question so many times I want to say “just let him answer!”

  • I came for the science, not the life story

Topics are fascinating and the guests clearly know their stuff. I just wish less time went to who they are and more to what they actually know. Skip ahead a few minutes and you get real val

  • Great informative podcasts

I really love Nathalie’s podcasts. I’ve listened to other podcasts that have had the same guests. But Nathalie makes sure that she does a lot of great follow up questions that give us a better picture and gives us more complete information. That’s what makes a podcast so great is that she’s very thorough. Thank you so much for all that you do for your audience.

  • One of the Best for Healthy Living

Nat’s podcast is more than just biohacking and performance. She’s focused on helping you be the best you can be, and she covers everything from peptides and bioregulators to supplements to technology to stress. She’s my first stop any time there’s something I want to learn, and I never miss one of her episodes. Even if I’m not the target audience for a particular episode, I leave with knowledge I can apply right away. This is a great podcast and one everyone should listen to!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Dr. Bill Lawrence is BACK: Longevity: Hope, Hype, Science I Ep #461
Q: What role do peptide bioregulators play in longevity, and how do they differ from synthetic signaling peptides?
Peptide bioregulators act at the DNA and cellular-regulation level to promote organ regeneration and aging reversal, often requiring longer, multi-year protocols, whereas synthetic signaling peptides work more for short-term benefits and signaling pathways. The two can be complementary in a comprehensive longevity strategy.
#452: Forget the Diagnosis—Fix the Biology! Reversing "Incurable" Conditions With Alex Kikel
Q: How do you handle dosing and safety with new, potent compounds?
Start very low, monitor weekly, log effects and side effects, and titrate slowly based on individual response; no one-size-fits-all dosing because mitochondria and receptors vary widely between people.
#452: Forget the Diagnosis—Fix the Biology! Reversing "Incurable" Conditions With Alex Kikel
Q: What is one case before you started reversing conditions that really changed how you thought about biology?
Early on, the realization came when traditional methods failed; basic lifestyle interventions didn't move the needle, which pushed me toward exploring bioregulators and peptides as ways to restore cellular communication and address root biology rather than chasing a diagnosis.
#454: From Burnout to Balance: Rebuilding Cellular Energy & Getting Out Of Fight Or Flight With Scott Sherr
Q: What is the practical first step for someone who comes in exhausted and stressed?
Focus on energy first by assessing metabolic health, mitochondrial function, and foundational nutrients, then gradually address nervous system regulation and sleep to prevent crashes.
#454: From Burnout to Balance: Rebuilding Cellular Energy & Getting Out Of Fight Or Flight With Scott Sherr
Q: When did you first start seeing patterns that you felt needed a new term, the sympathetic spiral of doom?
Dr. Sherr describes observing patients who, after trauma or chronic stress, would crash despite addressing trauma, leading to the concept of a cell-level energy deficit that converges with sympathetic activation.
