I really love Nathalie’s podcasts. I’ve listened to other podcasts that have had the same guests. But Nathalie makes sure that she does a lot of great follow up questions that give us a better picture and gives us more complete information. That’s what makes a podcast so great is that she’s very thorough. Thank you so much for all that you do for your audience.
Nat’s podcast is more than just biohacking and performance. She’s focused on helping you be the best you can be, and she covers everything from peptides and bioregulators to supplements to technology to stress. She’s my first stop any time there’s something I want to learn, and I never miss one of her episodes. Even if I’m not the target audience for a particular episode, I leave with knowledge I can apply right away. This is a great podcast and one everyone should listen to!
I’m always learning something new on this podcast! Nathalie asks great questions and re-iterates what a guest might have said that was confusing.. which is very helpful!
Nathalie is one of my favorite podcasters.

Her podcasts are so informative and she always asks all the right questions that give the listeners exactly what they want to know. She is so easy to listen to and does a great job of keeping her guests on track. I learn about so many longevity products that I end up using! Highly recommend!!
