  • Great informative podcasts

I really love Nathalie’s podcasts. I’ve listened to other podcasts that have had the same guests. But Nathalie makes sure that she does a lot of great follow up questions that give us a better picture and gives us more complete information. That’s what makes a podcast so great is that she’s very thorough. Thank you so much for all that you do for your audience.

  • One of the Best for Healthy Living

Nat’s podcast is more than just biohacking and performance. She’s focused on helping you be the best you can be, and she covers everything from peptides and bioregulators to supplements to technology to stress. She’s my first stop any time there’s something I want to learn, and I never miss one of her episodes. Even if I’m not the target audience for a particular episode, I leave with knowledge I can apply right away. This is a great podcast and one everyone should listen to!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

#425: Broccoli Power: The Secret Longevity Molecule (Fighting Toxins, Microplastics & Aging) | Sulforaphane Exposed With David Roberts & Dr. John Gildea
Q: What's the practical takeaway for listeners about microplastics and glyphosate?
Mitigation includes reducing exposure where possible, supporting detox pathways with sulforaphane-based strategies, and recognizing that measurement of excretion may be more informative than blood levels for these toxins.
#425: Broccoli Power: The Secret Longevity Molecule (Fighting Toxins, Microplastics & Aging) | Sulforaphane Exposed With David Roberts & Dr. John Gildea
Q: Why is the stabilized form of sulforaphane important?
Natural sulforaphane is unstable; stabilizing it in capsules allows consistent dosing and reliable activation of detox pathways, which is essential for real-world use.
#425: Broccoli Power: The Secret Longevity Molecule (Fighting Toxins, Microplastics & Aging) | Sulforaphane Exposed With David Roberts & Dr. John Gildea
Q: What makes sulforaphane so central to longevity and detox pathways?
Sulforaphane activates NRF2, which turns on antioxidant and detox genes, inhibits NF-kappa-B driven inflammation, and supports autophagy and mitophagy, addressing several aging hallmarks.
#423: Detox Pathways, Sensitive Systems, and the Truth About Chelation Therapy With Dr. Nafysa Parpia
Q: What is the correct sequencing of bioregulators, peptides, and other therapies in complex cases?
Start with bioregulators to normalize tissue signaling and dampen MCAS, then introduce peptides for immune modulation and debulk infections; only after stabilization should lethal or potentially activating peptides be used, and never before stabilizing mast cell function.
#423: Detox Pathways, Sensitive Systems, and the Truth About Chelation Therapy With Dr. Nafysa Parpia
Q: When is chelation truly appropriate for a patient with metal burden?
Chelation is warranted when pre-provocation and post-provocation tests show a meaningful increase after provocation (around 5-10%); if not, gentler, foundational steps should be prioritized.
