  • Great informative podcasts

I really love Nathalie’s podcasts. I’ve listened to other podcasts that have had the same guests. But Nathalie makes sure that she does a lot of great follow up questions that give us a better picture and gives us more complete information. That’s what makes a podcast so great is that she’s very thorough. Thank you so much for all that you do for your audience.

  • One of the Best for Healthy Living

Nat’s podcast is more than just biohacking and performance. She’s focused on helping you be the best you can be, and she covers everything from peptides and bioregulators to supplements to technology to stress. She’s my first stop any time there’s something I want to learn, and I never miss one of her episodes. Even if I’m not the target audience for a particular episode, I leave with knowledge I can apply right away. This is a great podcast and one everyone should listen to!

#417: Depression and Weight Gain In Kids & Adults | A Long Term Post-COVID Problem & How To Reverse It With Dr. Cynthia Keller
Q: What are the minimal data points you need to assess a post-COVID patient who isn't bouncing back?
A practical approach is to rely on clinical patterns rather than heavy labs: mood shifts, unexplained weight changes, and heightened thirst or urination can indicate nutrient depletion; then trial targeted replenishment and monitor response before pursuing extensive testing.
#415: Bioregulator Questions Answered: Follow Up To Dr. Bill Lawrence Episode With Nat Niddam
Q: What age groups benefit from bioregulators?
While anyone can benefit, the use of bioregulators typically becomes more significant around age 30, with heightened emphasis on their usage after age 40.
#415: Bioregulator Questions Answered: Follow Up To Dr. Bill Lawrence Episode With Nat Niddam
Q: How should bioregulators be cycled?
Bioregulators are taken daily but should be cycled according to age and health status, with timings ranging from 30-day runs to shorter intervals for maintenance.
#415: Bioregulator Questions Answered: Follow Up To Dr. Bill Lawrence Episode With Nat Niddam
Q: How do bioregulators survive digestion?
Bioregulators are naturally occurring and embedded in food. Specific transporters across the gut allow them to be absorbed intact, avoiding breakdown by digestion.
#415: Bioregulator Questions Answered: Follow Up To Dr. Bill Lawrence Episode With Nat Niddam
Q: What is the difference between synthetic peptides and natural bioregulators?
Natural bioregulators are refined extracts from animal tissues, while synthetic peptides are laboratory-created chains that mimic their natural counterparts. Bioregulators act as epigenetic switches, directly influencing genetic material, whereas synthetic peptides function as signaling molecules without direct genetic interaction.
