  • Freezing time episode

Listening to Katie’s story hit so personal for me. I’m 40 and just finished my 1st cycle of egg freezing with 1 viable egg. I felt so dejected at first but had to be reminded 1 is better than none. All the emotions you mentioned in your story, I felt this to my bone! I’m learning to allow my body grace and to be patient. I’m looking to do another cycle, but until then, I’m proud of my 1 frozen egg ♥️

Fertility Q&A: Secondary Infertility, Birth Control Effects, Metabolic Health & More
Q: Hi, Dr. Crawford. I have been TTC for a year now for our third child. My husband and I are both 35 and live very healthy biohacker lifestyle. I have tried five rounds of Letrozole and they haven't worked. What should my next steps be?
The next steps involve ensuring a full fertility workup is completed, including assessment of the uterus, fallopian tubes, and semen analysis. If there is a biohacker or lifestyle dimension, address metabolic health and consider that unexplained infertility may respond to ovulation induction with two or more eggs and possibly IUI or IVF, depending on the overall reproductive picture.
Fertility Q&A: Inflammation, Hormones, Cycle Tracking & More
Q: Tell me about the purpose of inflammation as the opening chapter and why it's a strategic entry point for readers new to this topic.
The host describes how explaining inflammation first helps readers connect complex biology to daily life, making it easier to grasp how lifestyle, environment, and hormones interact, and why tracking and proactive testing matter for fertility.
Fertility Q&A: Inflammation, Hormones, Cycle Tracking & More
Q: Yes. And how it hijacks your fertility. Why did you start with that? Why is this part one? Was this strategic? Give me your thoughts on that.
The guest explains that starting with inflammation sets the foundational framework to understand everything else, because chronic inflammation affects brain-to-ovary communication, hormone regulation, and cycle health, and it helps readers see how later topics fit into a cohesive physiology-driven model.
How to Calm Your Nervous System | Elena Brower
Q: What are the initial steps someone should take to start meditating?
Focus on posture, sit upright with a tall spine, crown reaching upward, and begin with a few deep breaths; keep eyes softly open to stay anchored in the moment, and slowly lengthen the sessions as you become more comfortable.
Fertility Q&A: Endometriosis, PCOS, Ectopic Pregnancy & More
Q: Is taking creatine during TTC and pregnancy still okay, and what is a safe daily amount?
Creatine is generally considered safe at about 5 grams per day for women, and is often continued as it supports overall health; there is no contraindication for use during TTC or pregnancy unless other medical conditions exist, but it's wise to disclose all supplements to your clinician.
