  • FINDERS KEEPERS

My only regret is that, I didn’t find and listen to this podcast sooner. Women’s health, feels like island - these voices within these episodes, the discussions and experiences shared, make me feel like I’m not alone or hysterical. I’m in my 30s, and have been searching for answers for years. Though I wish I had more answers for myself in this moment, this podcast has ignited my will once more to keep learning about what’s happening in my body and how to navigate the process of finding answers. ... more

  • Good Content, Poor Quality Audio

I love the hosts, and what they are providing for the audience! The content is golden, and the guests are also top-notch. My big gripe, however, is that the show has very poor audio quality.

It seems like it is turned all the way down, compared to every other podcast I listen to. Even when I crank up the volume, it still sounds like people are talking on the other side of a room, very far away. Furthermore, in moments where the hosts or guests get animated or share laughter, it nearly blows my... more

  • Love the contents but …

As a registered dietitian focusing on women’s health. I love the contents and information that I can share with my clients. However, it would be appreciated if you can call us registered dietitian not just a “nutritionist “. There is a difference and unfortunately most people don’t know. A registered dietitian has to have a master’s degree and passed the board exam.

Anyone can call themselves a nutritionist.

We worked hard to earn the degree and it should be recognized.

  • Dr. Becky episode 👍🏼

I’m a Dad and a husband, I loved this episode partially because Dr. Becky is amazing but also, and, probably more importantly in this arena, because the interviewer was so provocative in questioning and participated actively in the conversation without interjecting intrusive or, frankly like other hosts, arrogant perspectives. Great job (and choice of guest). Episode saved and thank you!

Q: Is it better for your brain to sleep without any medication and not get the deepest sleep or to take something like trazodone for deeper sleep?
The guest explains that sleep needs are highly individual, and the choice depends on how rested someone feels; if sleep quality is poor or insomnia is present, a clinician-guided approach may be warranted, considering the potential benefits and downsides of medications versus natural sleep.
Colon Cancer Is Rising in Women under 50—What You Need to Know Now ft. Dr. Beth Moore
Q: Who is at risk for colon cancer besides family history?

Ask Dr. A: Pap Smear vs HPV Test — What’s the Difference?
Q: Why don't pap smears explain pelvic pain or heavy periods?
Pap smears only screen for cervical cancer, not other reproductive health issues.
Ask Dr. A: Pap Smear vs HPV Test — What’s the Difference?
Q: If a pap is normal, does someone still need the HPV vaccine?
Yes, absolutely; especially everyone 9 to 11 needs to be vaccinated.
Ask Dr. A: Pap Smear vs HPV Test — What’s the Difference?
