I’ve been listening since their beginning and I’m so grateful for their work. However, too many ads! Not to mention that it can be contradictory to empower women and their health only to turn around and sell over-promising and expensive supplements or wellness products.

I loved you guys open conversation around birth, and PCOS, it really made me write down some questions to advocate for myself for my OB apt coming up for my pregnancy plan . Thank you for being so open and sharing . Lots of love xxo
My only regret is that, I didn’t find and listen to this podcast sooner. I’m in my 30s, and have been searching for answers for years. Though I wish I had more answers for myself in this moment, this podcast has ignited my will once more to keep learning about what’s happening in my body and how to navigate the process of finding answers. ... more
I love the hosts, and what they are providing for the audience! The content is golden, and the guests are also top-notch. My big gripe, however, is that the show has very poor audio quality.

Furthermore, in moments where the hosts or guests get animated or share laughter, it nearly blows my... more
As a registered dietitian focusing on women’s health. I love the contents and information that I can share with my clients. However, it would be appreciated if you can call us registered dietitian not just a “nutritionist “. There is a difference and unfortunately most people don’t know. A registered dietitian has to have a master’s degree and passed the board exam.
Anyone can call themselves a nutritionist.
We worked hard to earn the degree and it should be recognized.
