  • Annoying

One of the Drs (slight accent) is so annoying. She continually talks over the guest - always about herself. Just can’t listen to this.

  • Love but too many ads!

I’ve been listening since their beginning and I’m so grateful for their work. However, too many ads! Not to mention that it can be contradictory to empower women and their health only to turn around and sell over-promising and expensive supplements or wellness products.

  • FINDERS KEEPERS

My only regret is that, I didn’t find and listen to this podcast sooner. Women’s health, feels like island - these voices within these episodes, the discussions and experiences shared, make me feel like I’m not alone or hysterical. I’m in my 30s, and have been searching for answers for years. Though I wish I had more answers for myself in this moment, this podcast has ignited my will once more to keep learning about what’s happening in my body and how to navigate the process of finding answers. ... more

  • Good Content, Poor Quality Audio

I love the hosts, and what they are providing for the audience! The content is golden, and the guests are also top-notch. My big gripe, however, is that the show has very poor audio quality.

It seems like it is turned all the way down, compared to every other podcast I listen to. Even when I crank up the volume, it still sounds like people are talking on the other side of a room, very far away. Furthermore, in moments where the hosts or guests get animated or share laughter, it nearly blows my... more

Why I Chose Surrogacy After My Brain Disorder Diagnosis ft. Jordana Brewster
Q: You've been on set as an actress for 30 years. What secrets have you—
The guest highlights the importance of confidence, resilience, and balance, noting that handling rejection is part of the career, and pursuing other passions like writing can provide balance and prevent the focus from being solely on acting.
The Surprising Connection Between Anxiety, Tinnitus & Migraine ft. Dr. Hamid Djalilian
Q: When is medication appropriate?
Medications are considered when lifestyle changes alone don't achieve relief; they are used to lower the brain's sensitivity threshold and are chosen based on sleep, stress, and migraine considerations, often at very low doses.
The Surprising Connection Between Anxiety, Tinnitus & Migraine ft. Dr. Hamid Djalilian
Q: What lifestyle changes do you recommend first?
Establish a consistent sleep schedule, optimize light exposure, eat regular meals, stay hydrated, avoid caffeine late in the day, and limit alcohol and fermented foods that can trigger symptoms.
The Surprising Connection Between Anxiety, Tinnitus & Migraine ft. Dr. Hamid Djalilian
Q: What is the core idea behind the connection between tinnitus and migraines?
They are both expressions of brain sensitivity to internal and external signals; reducing brain sensitivity through sleep, diet, stress management, and targeted therapies can alleviate both conditions.
Professional Laser Results at Home? The Science Behind Healthier, Younger Skin
Q: How do you use it at home, and how long does it take per area?
You hold the device over each skin section for three minutes daily; a flashing light indicates when to move to the next area, and it can be used over makeup or sunscreen without heating the skin.
