My current favourite podcast. I find it fascinating, informative and always a joy to listen to. Keep up the great work 👍🏻
Love listening to Health Oddity, guests are very varied and interesting, but especially love the amount of strongman/woman guests that are on the show. From every show I take away some interesting information that helps me in my own strength journey!
First time listener of the show and what a great episode. Very relevant as a woman new to menopause and HRT. Some interesting perspectives on a wide range of lifestyle factors such as alcohol and sleep. The protein tracking information was particularly useful. Thanks for a great show!
