  • Great podcast!

I’m a runner from Canada. Thank you for producing such a helpful podcast with great running advice! I’ve learned a lot from listening about how to fuel my long runs and about post-run fueling. And I even bought your cookbook online today. :)

  • Charlie is an amazing interviewer. Asks all the questions you would ask yourself

Have been listening to running podcasts for a while and live listening to Cook, Eat, Run.

Charlie is an amazing interviewer. Asks all the questions you would ask yourself, and let’s the interviewee talk! Popping in bits of interesting info relating to the topic. Unlike some I’ve listened to, who have some great people all but just talk about themselves 🥱

    Great work Charlie. Love it!!
