The duo provides plenty of training tips, interviews, and reviews of marathons from around the world. (Angie has run one in every state!) Thank you Angie and Trevor for your fresh and honest take on the sport. Your experiences and tips are relatable and entertaining. Love listening while on the run.
As an avid runner (well, avid somewhat beginner) who has few (no) running friends, this podcast and its hosts are my running friends by proxy. So much great education throughout, I have learnt a tremendous amount that has assisted me on my road to my marathon.
Trevor and Angie are everyone’s best friends! They are warm and welcoming to their guests and do a fantastic job of blending professional athleticism with the aspirations of everyday athletes. They show the same respect to the weekend warriors as they do to the elites. more
I absolutely love this podcast-so much great information for the everyday runner. However, the episodes/segments that feature metpro’s Angelo Poli have very little to offer. It’s basically an hour long ad with no good information. I skip these completely.
The race recaps are my favorite! I love everything about MTA and it’s community.
