I found this podcast 2 years ago when desperately trying to get motivated for an 8 mile training run. I chose an episode on keeping a good mindset during long runs. As I listened, I laced up and got out the door. Trevor and Angie are great together! Their completely different styles mesh beautifully. I’ve been listening to Angie and Trevor for years and I absolutely love this podcast
I’ve listened to every running podcast i can find, and this one is just the best! I’ve been listening for years, and catch every episode, even though I don’t know if I’ll ever actually run a full marathon. I struggle to find the motivation to run, and this podcast is by far the best tool I have found to get me out the door and keep me going. Trevor and Angie make it fun, interesting, full of variety, and —this is what really sets it apart — listener-focused. It’s edited so well and intentionally... more
It was so refreshing to hear from someone who felt they were not a natural runner, and faced lots of injuries- but still managed to recovery, strive for goals, work with coaches, and have a positive view about the JOURNEY! I could definitely related to much of JJ’s experiences and her story is so motivating for me as I continue my journey. Keep up the great interviews Angie and Trevor!
I get ads are a reality of podcasting but this is annoying littered with ads throughout the content and even dropped in in the middle of the show topic. Off putting
