  • “Unreasonable” episode

—was interesting, fun, inspiring. The entire question re physical limitations vs mental limitations is a topic I’d like to hear more about. Thanks Jason!

  • Lots of ads recently

With many podcast episodes, there is a “you may like” extra download. And 5-10 mins of ads in every podcast episode. I guess money must be made but it’s rather annoying. I’m not a type A runner and this podcast used to have a good mix of episodes for all types of runners. Now it seems super performance oriented which does not speak to me. I’ve been listening for years but sadly it seems time to take a break.

  • Essential listening

My running coach tipped me off about TSRP and I was very lucky that the first episode I listened to was an interview with Nick Thompson. I've been catching up on 9 years of terrifficly informative, actionable, inspiring information ever since. I have been a runner for 25 years but am learning things about endurance training I never knew. We're so lucky to have this resource one play-press away!
