  • “Unreasonable” episode

—was interesting, fun, inspiring. The entire question re physical limitations vs mental limitations is a topic I’d like to hear more about. Thanks Jason!

  • Lots of ads recently

With many podcast episodes, there is a “you may like” extra download. And 5-10 mins of ads in every podcast episode. I guess money must be made but it’s rather annoying. I’m not a type A runner and this podcast used to have a good mix of episodes for all types of runners. Now it seems super performance oriented which does not speak to me. I’ve been listening for years but sadly it seems time to take a break.
