  • Awesome

I feel this is the most practical running podcast for the recreational runner. After listening to one of their podcasts, I signed up for their coaching and I’m really happy.

  • Good content, poor audio quality

The show is well-informed and interesting but the audio is terrible, and it sounds like they keep hitting or blowing into the mic. I only listen when I see a topic of particular interest and even then I can’t make it through the episode. I return to it every few months to see if it’s improved and unfortunately it has not.

  • Great info, bad sound

Love the info they’re giving but it’s a hard listen with the sound quality and constant background noise of bumping and tapping picked up in the mic.
