Two guys with character like Stu, but they actually care about sports!
I can’t believe this show pays money for Tony to be on mic
For someone who rails on Stephen A Smith and Skip Bayless, Dan these days seemingly cannot have a conversation about sports without first propping up an extremist strawman argument that no one presented and then argues against it for segments at a time. (Who cares about how famous Devon Achane is??). The show used to be a nice escape from that format and still is when Dan isn’t around but he ironically is the worst part of his own show. To hear Mike hope for a time when UFC will be more welcoming to fans with broader political views is so laughable. The show blends sports analysis with sharp pop culture takes and improvisational banter, anchored by long-running dynamic between the hosts and a rotating lineup of high-profile guests. Episodes routinely mix live sports talk, interviews, and entertaining segments (jeopardy‑style games, charity drives, and cross-promotions), with a penchant for ambitious storytelling about athletes, media, and big moments in sports history. Noteworthy are extended debates on league narratives, behind-the-scenes media dynamics, and guest appearances from notable broadcasters, athletes, and journalists that give the program a distinctive mix of uncensored opinion, humor, and philanthropy.
