  • Very informative top-notch podcast!

I started listening to this podcast about 2 months ago. I’ve been a runner for about 13 years and consider myself fairly well-versed when it comes to running, but I can truly say that I have already learned so much in the short time that I’ve been listening to this podcast. Elisabeth is clearly very knowledgeable about running. I also appreciate her interview style and the way that she interacts with her guests. I would highly recommend this podcast to anyone who is looking to deepen their under... more

  • Phenomenal

Legitimately the best podcast I’ve ever listened to. SUPER informative and helpful to my development as a runner, presenting enough science to learn without overwhelming and the right dash of humor and wit to keep engagement. New to this but already such a big fan, thank you for the direction!

  • Amazing insights

All of the episodes give a wide perspective on the art and science of running. I really loved the most recent episode on when to not run, and I love the idea of what I call intelligent adaptation—the ability to engage with and listen to yourself for the betterment of your running and, more importantly, yourself.

  • Pretty good

I found this recently and it’s an enjoyable listen. More Q&A would be great.

    My biggest issues are:

Sound issues…main pod is to low volume and then ads blast your speakers.

Coach promotion. You might not notice if you don’t binge a few at a time but if you do listen to several in a row it’s just an ad for the coaching industrial complex. I know this bubble hasn’t popped yet but it does get annoying after a while.

Weight loss discussions. Every episode that discusses this devolves into a co... more
