The bigger question is are you really helping anyone to learn anything about nutrition other than to buy packaged sports mark... more
I love Meghann’s advice and her sunny, welcoming attitude on the show. I took nearly 11 minutes off my marathon PR by incorporating her nutrition recommendations into my training. But Thomas can be elitist and adds very little to the show. Guys, you are awesome and the nutrition advice is really solid, but please consider dropping the voicemail listener questions. Many are way too long and I am not really here to listen to some girl talk about how close she is to a sub 3 marathon.
Helpful to a point. Leans more to those in elite training. Hosts ego and insensitive to the entire audience sets in sometimes. Not everyone is seeking Boston, fyi.
Lots of great performance advice here. I might add a caveat that the focus isn’t health per se as much as performance but if you know that going in it’s great for your racing qiestions
