  • Champions of running the tangents

The BITR crew takes running (their mouths off on) the tangents very seriously. One of the most entertaining and real podcasts about topics ranging from running, to running adjacent, to pretty much anything under the sun. The Drop is like listening in on the most chaotic long run banter (in the best way), while the interview episodes are each as unique as the guest of the week. Never change. And if you ever need an extra wide foot reviewer, this loyal listener would gladly volunteer his flipper f... more

When a running podcast tries to sound like it was recently bought by Barstool. Can’t not give 5 stars because of the algorithm but it’s been a 2/3 lately.

Hey I’m hurting along with hearing about your ItB symptoms. It hurts when you run ? Could also be TFL. Strengthen the glute med should help long term.

Keep running and chatting. I admire you long distance runners. I sprint, hence the experience of leg issues ! 🌞

  • Previously entertaining running show ruined by medical misinformation

Not sure what’s happened but a show about running and their influencer life, that was entertaining, has become chock full of medical misinformation and conspiracy theories. Maybe the old “no birds” joke became real or their hoping for a Rogan audience. In the new studio someone should write “podcasters that aren’t doctors should not give uniformed medical advice”. Seriously, I listened since its inception, watched the videos and participated in grit and this is tough. The running community pract... more
