Every week on the Ali on the Run Show, I talk with inspiring people who lead interesting lives on the run and beyond. And while running is what brings us all together, on these episodes, we're digging a little deeper. These conversations are about the decisions people have made to get where they are today, and how getting sweaty has factored in. Whether you're on the run toward something great or ... more

So glad I listened to the end of the Dec 4th support squad show, that story is hilarious and I so enjoyed laughing along with the antics. All the shows are great but sometimes there is that one story that really makes me laugh out loud. Kudos for putting these out there!
Just wanted to say that I still love listening to your podcast, even when it’s not about running. I can’t believe people would take the time to tell you otherwise! Sending big hugs 🥰
Don’t care what anyone says, the support squad episodes are so good and so authentic. Found this podcast after the Citius ‘how I built this’ interview and haven’t stopped listening since!
I began listening to Ali earlier this year in April and just really enjoyed how she talked about running as I had just started to get back into running myself. I have enjoyed listening to her throughout and I started right before her second cancer diagnosis. It's been a journey and I really appreciate your honesty, Ali. I highly recommend this podcast to learn more about runners and the running community and Ali herself.
Love the podcast. I highly recommend for a speaker that can be loud and durable the Noxgear.com NG39. It’s so lightweight I forget it’s on my shirt. When I’m on a run either alone or with a group I can easily turn it on or off and can change songs and control volume all from the speaker. I can even answer phone calls even in the wind the person can hear me. Love it! They also have the light up running vest.
