These conversations are about the decisions people have made to get where they are today, and how getting sweaty has factored in. Whether you’re on the run toward something great or ... more

I love this podcast! As an everyday runner, I love having podcast episodes that highlight all aspects of the running community. I have gotten so into track after meeting athletes on the podcast. I also love episodes focused on Ali, because now, at this point, I feel like she’s a friend even if I have never met her. She is the farthest thing from a fraud. You can listen to this podcast while on a long run, walking your dog, driving to work, or cleaning. It’s one of my staple podcasts.
This is one of my favorite running podcasts! Ali is a fantastic host and interviewer
This is a wonderful podcast - Ali’s openness and curiosity about other people comes across in every episode. The interviews are interesting and engaging. More than that though, Ali’s joy and courage and willingness to share about the hard things helps us all as we deal with the hard things in our own lives. 💚
I’ve listened to Ali on the Run since 2018 when Hungry Runner Girl mentioned her on the blog! Went back and listened to every episode while I trained for a marathon in 2019 and have listened to most every one since. Full circle to have HRG back on recently AND Olivia Enright so I felt compelled to finally leave a review after years of listening :) Love the podcast so much!
