And while running is what brings us all together, on these episodes, we're digging a little deeper. These conversations are about the decisions people have made to get where they are today, and how getting sweaty has factored in. Whether you're on the run toward something great or ... more

You are awesome! You are caring, sensitive, and a fantastic interviewer. It is quite clear that you are passionate about what you do, and I love that! I listen to almost every episode.

Phenomenal episode with Kara Goucher. So honest and vulnerable. Ali is the absolute best interviewer. Kara your honesty is so brave and beautiful. I couldn’t put this one down, love you both so much, Ali and Kara!
I refuse to miss an episode. This is so much more than a running podcast it’s one of those rare shows that leaves you feeling inspired, challenged, and genuinely understood. She knows when to go deep, when to keep it light, and how to make every episode feel like a conversation with a really insightful friend. Whether we’re talking ab... more

Used to be a podcast interviewing everyday runners and talking about their careers and routines which I found really interesting. Now all the episodes are about Ali and her friends which can be interesting, but I miss the old format!
