  • Chaffe and style

You both make me crack up. Chaffing is normal in my world. There is glide at the check out counter of most running stores, which makes me feel better!

  • Des Bib Pickup

I am not for Des paying for a bib, BUT I am for a video of Des having to go to the expo to pickup her bib like the rest of us peasant runners. 😂 Maybe Laura Green should take Des to her first expo like she did with Deena Kastor! 💖

  • I’m back!

Following the sport of running that is… and if I want the latest behind the scenes scoop of how Shalane Flanagan describes a kicker’s race, if Emily Infeld is really that nice, or why we’re still even talking about the fastest ”American”, I know where to tune in. But the real staying power comes from the joy of scream laughing when Kara says she can’t hear after hot sauce number eight and Des stops the show as her neighbor backs into her driveway… again. See you next episode!

  • Nobody asked me to listen.

Nobody asked me to listen and apparently “nobody asked” Des and Kara, so I believe I’m in good company when I listen to Des and Kara on my runs. By the way, nobody asked me to run.
