  • Fun, inspiring and informational!

    First off, I love that this podcast has NO commercials! When running and listening, I don’t have to pull my phone out to fast forward! Yay! Please never change! Kara and Des are so fun and engaging but also REAL and authentic. I like how Kara speaks her mind and says what we are all thinking. Des is literally, the coolest kid in school that we all want to be like. Great chemistry!
