I wanted to comment that I thought you addressed the heart issue well and wanted to share that my 21 year old son survived a cardiac arrest while running in the winter by a kind stranger who happened to be driving by and she was a nurse. He now has an icd in his body to prevent further issues but that time was a nightmare for our family!! Strong advocate for cpr training and always having id on you when running alone. Thanks for all the laughs on the podcast!!

It is informative, accessible and entertaining to someone who is only expert at slow running. The chemistry between the hosts is immense and the contrast in their personas is delightful.
