    I enjoy this show. But if I’m being completely honest the long stretches of just listening to someone laugh is a bit off putting. I find myself hitting fast forward to get through it. Otherwise it’s a great show.

  • The best running show that isn’t always about running

    The absolute best Monday morning pick-me-up! Had to switch my recovery day from Monday so I could enjoy the latest episode. The biggest issue is that I laugh so hard I can’t keep running.

    Here is why this show slays:

    Eric and Aisha have been able to build the bridge between high performing professionals and the rest of us. They have the pro chops and insights but they have also moved on and see things from the other side.

    There’s always a great mix of current events, pop culture and a fair amount of running. Both have very different unfiltered personalities but there is a beautiful venn diagram in which they overlap.
