  • Should Be Better

Tiresome rambling with childish teenage boy locker room swearing to show how tough they are. Particularly Hoare. McDonald tries to be professional but the others aren’t quite up to it. Not worth the time.

  • Luv these boys

I feel like I’m friends with the coffee club. Unfortunately i don’t have a lot of friends that are running geeks like me so i love getting to hear from the coffee club each week. Also, you all need to try Equator coffee in San Francisco. It’s the best!

It's Cross Country Season... + Running Infinity Stones & Could we complete a 100 mile race?
Q: What are the top 5 running infinity stones?
Train hard, race easy; double threshold; do strides and spikes; keep your easy days easy; and have fun.
"The Best Athletes Are Borderline Injured" + Training, Finances, Travel Chat
Q: Do you reckon the cure to male loneliness is running 16 by 400 on the track with the boys or road mile repeats?
Having a coffee, connecting over running discussions, and spending time with the squad is key to tackling loneliness in male relationships.
"The Best Athletes Are Borderline Injured" + Training, Finances, Travel Chat
Q: Being fortunate enough to see a lot of the world, where is your favorite place that you've ever traveled to?
Oslo, Norway, but also I love various places in Europe. Specifically, I dream of living in Tuscany, Italy someday.
"The Best Athletes Are Borderline Injured" + Training, Finances, Travel Chat
Q: Now that you're not part of the OAC, do you have to do a lot of logistics planning when it comes to traveling to races?
Yes, it is a bit of a hassle, but we have agents that take care of most of it, and I like to choose my own hotels and flights, so it's not that hard for me.
"The Best Athletes Are Borderline Injured" + Training, Finances, Travel Chat
Q: Curiously, you're willing to share how finances work as a pro runner.
Most of our salary comes from our contract with our brand sponsor and if you have any other ones as well, that's right. Your contracts will normally have bonus structures, which are related to the races and times that you run.
