  • Lady listener here

I am really enjoying this new podcast. I have followed Rory’s videos for awhile now and have heard him on several podcasts- he is a great interview. I’m a marathoner and his understanding of what listeners want to hear about training, nutrition, mindset, athletic life is spot on. I rarely come away from an episode thinking “I wish they would have asked that”.
