Just started listening to the Out & Back podcast and I must say that I love this podcast because Rory and Jacob geek out on running, the marathon and marathon training.
Smart, fun, and entertaining- even for a BYU grad (Go Utes!)- Rory and JT make great companions on my
runs as I learn the pros are just like us: wondering if treadmill workouts is cheating or a secret weapon?! Love hearing tips and tricks from y’all. Can’t wait to see you in Boston! -Ashleigh Ingebrigtsen (not related to Jakob. That I am aware of)
I am really enjoying this new podcast. I have followed Rory’s videos for awhile now and have heard him on several podcasts- he is a great interview. I’m a marathoner and his understanding of what listeners want to hear about training, nutrition, mindset, athletic life is spot on. I rarely come away from an episode thinking “I wish they would have asked that”.
Rory and Jt always keeping it real!
