  • Good for beginners, not for the serious runner

    This philosophies espoused by the host are dated and seem more based on his insistence that his methods are right for everyone despite what the science says. I would recommend his guidance to someone who is new to running or doesn’t have much natural athleticism, and if that’s the target audience I think the podcast is a really good resource. But positioning his philosophies as appropriate for performance minded runners is either dishonest or ignorant. Having said that, the host is a very good c... more
