I listen to Chris almost every night. Discovered the podcast two months ago. Informative, practical and I have learned a lot! My only critique is— why is this Nicole Winters person on there? I find very little about her helpful and I checked out her instagram page and was very unimpressed. Seemed more like a looks thing than anything else which I hope any serious female athlete would move away from. So not sure why she keeps appearing on here other than a large follower base and maybe to bring m... more
