I listen to this podcast every week. They cover relevant topics for runners and between Michael, Katelyn, and Alex provide a solid variety of viewpoints based on personal experience, which I really love. Episodes are informative but fun and lighthearted with some good humor involved. I also enjoy the extra pods to cover breaking news or big events.
I just discovered this show and I’m getting a ton out of it! Special shoutout to the latest episode on strength training. Excellent tips!!
I love these peeps
I appreciate a lot of the content, but there are a lot of generalizations made with insubstantial evidence coupled with assertions about people that just can’t be made as blanket statements when the running community is so huge and varied.
The banter - especially at the top - can be quite meandering. I don’t care about your trip to the country music hall of fame. There are other podcasts for that.
2/7/25 - For the love of god, Michael. It’s “asphalt” not “ash fault”. “Asterisk” not “axtericks... more
I love this podcast, love running. Clearly they are waaaay faster than i am, (adult onset runner 56), but i love listening to people that are good at things, want to improve and get technical. Also love that they are not specific to the shoe, but the sport. This is a more complete podcast with a focus on the sport and the overall wellness of the runner. You guys are great and it is great to see people doing a thing they love to do. We need more of this in the world, not running specifically.
