Hack for cold weather running jacket, I found Baleaf winter cycling jacket on amazon for $55. Works great in temps down to 10F and lower if put a wind or rain jacket over.

Always enjoy listening to your shows.

Q: What was different about your approach to training since rejoining Brooks and returning to competition?

The Best Super Shoes for Everyday Runners, Marathon Bonking & Sub-3 Strategy
Q: Should I start conservative or go out at goal pace for a sub-three attempt?
Start conservatively, align with a group if possible, and have a clear race plan that sets up a strong second half without going out too fast.
The Best Super Shoes for Everyday Runners, Marathon Bonking & Sub-3 Strategy

Q: What are her long‑term goals in the Ultra world?
She aims to improve on technical trails, explore longer distances (100K and 100 miles), and potentially pursue a high‑performance trail career, while also enjoying participation and community in the space.
