We’re incredibly lucky this week to share the mics with a true legend of our sport. Kim Collison has taken on, and completed, some of the UK’s roughest, toughest challenges. And it’s not all about going long either. He’s just as happy toeing the line... more
It’s finally here. The training is done, the excuses are gone, and Gary, along with a whole crew of wonderfully stubborn athletes, is about to set off on an adventure that will push every limit they’ve got. There’ll be moments of doubt, a few questio... more

Good podcast for trail running, some great knowledgeable guests, only fault a bit 2much waffling on from the two presenters
I started listening a couple of months ago and really enjoy the interviews with runners. The only problem is that to listen to them you have to trudge through the half and hour or so of weekly update of ‘ooh my breakfast was too hot and my knee was a bit niggly before my long run’ or ‘I bought a meal deal on the way home from swimming’ which doesn’t grab my attention at all. Despite this the podcast is well presented and produced but not for me.
The AI for the episode description and guest intros is terrible. Other than that solid running chat but #ad heavy
Getting into it. Really good chat with Eddie/Gary. I really really really hate the AI intros though.
Great listen when out for a long run. Don’t know how they stay so cheery and fresh for two hours every week. Love listening to the interviews. My favourite podcast at the moment.
