Found this podcast about a week ago when looking for something to keep me motivated in my running, I’m very up and down, one day I’m loving it the next it’s all meaningless 😂 anyway I’ve thoroughly enjoyed what I’ve listened to so far (about 6 episodes) and am looking forward to more episodes to come over the coming months, the presenters are funny and likeable, the chat is varied and relatable, the coaching is interesting and the interviews and interviewees are top quality.
My favourite snack podcast.
Breath & believe. A great companion for your long run 👌🏻
Outstanding! The only podcast that makes you feel you are around the kitchen table having a brew and a good chat about the best subject. The mixture of guests is great and Eddie and Gary keep it real. I’m a dull and boring guy but even this brings a smile to my face. Thank you and keep doing what you do!
Absolutely recommend Eddie and Gary to anyone who loves a podcast that has anything to do with running. There’s no better feeling than popping the headphones in for my weekly long run and sharing the local trails with these guys. I’ve learnt so much from listening to this show and just love to have a decent 2 hour average window of my week of running chat.
