The interviews and insight are giving me valuable advice for some of my upcoming long races. Especially recommend it for people training for or following the Spine race and Northern Traverse or similar.
Really interesting content. I have come across Stu and his races having finished 3rd to Sam at the Peak District South and North in 2021. I also spent a day with him as part of my Spine preparation. Very knowledgeable guy and interesting to hear from a race directors viewpoint.
I love listening to the pod. Guests are great and full of good, usable advice. Always motivated after listening to the pod. This old dog is learning new tricks. 😁
