Feet First is always brilliant - Ed knows how to lead an interview so that the listener gets great insights. It’s thoughtful, chilled, unpretentious … perfect!
I have just found feet first and I’m enjoying working my way through the back catalogue. I’m loving the simple uncomplicated format.
I love feet first! Such a great pod to learn about all the different races and people in the UK ultra scene. As someone newly obsessed with ultra running, this is a good way to get my fix. Especially when dealing with a current injury
The style is nice and calm and reserved and Ed obviously knows his stuff. Good questions, little fluff and trivia and he lets his guests talk.
Really good pod, straight to the point with great guests and no boring waffle! Ed’s open style really enables the stories be told in an interesting way.
